Change to DFO RFR Review Timelines

Effective immediatley, DFO Fish and Fish Habitat Protection Program is asking that all Request for Reviews (RFRs) be submitted a minumum of 60 days in advance of the proposed project start date. Projects that do not meet the emergency works criteria (per DFO requirements), but indicate an earlier review timeline in the application, may receive notice that the file cannot be reviewed and will ultimately be closed prior to the proposed start date.
